Faubourg de Paris has a particularly unique origin and story, our story is linked to an event experienced by the designer Lakk. It was after a social evening in the 18th arrondissement that he discovered an unexpected object. Montmartre is known for its many mythical alleys, it is by taking one of them that he will discover on his way an antique object on which was stored an object intertwined in a black fabric. Curious and adventurous by nature, he opened this mysterious object and discovered a historical grimoire adorned with 4F in an old typography on its cover. This grimoire was without an author and told the story of the construction of the city of Paris through its suburbs, stories about French culture and it highlighted occult knowledge through ancient civilizations. In the end, it's as if Lakk had been chosen to carry a mission: to unveil the mysteries of this grimoire to the world and bring them to life through fashion creations.
